The Chronofighter Vintage Pulsometer adds a pulsometer scale around the dial’s edge, allowing the chronograph to measure a heart rate. Its blue dial with gold-ringed luminous indices sits in a 44 mm steel case with Graham’s signature left-hand trigger.
Powered by the automatic G1718 caliber with a 48-hour power reserve and finished on a hand-sewn blue calf strap, it is limited to 250 pieces.
